Junior Designer
We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative individual with 12 to 24 months experience, strong typographic skills and an eye for detail. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, with the ability to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines and take projects from brief through to completion. You must be proficient in QuarkXpress and the Adobe Creative Suite, plus be used to dealing directly with clients on a daily basis. Experience working within a corporate guideline would also be an advantage. Web Designer
The person we're looking for strikes that tricky balance between award winning creativity and solid technical knowledge, having the ability to take a creative brief from initial design to final build and test. An expert command of Adobe CS4 using Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash including Action script 3, Dreamweaver including HTML, XML and CSS along with a full understanding of the possibilities & limitations of HTML, CSS, XML, Accessibility & CMS. Someone with a real enthusiasm for the technology that lies beneath producing an exciting and effective website and is not afraid to learn something new to create the right solution. A good communicator who is happy to work as part of a team as well as using their own initiative - happy and confident in dealing direct with clients and holding their hands when necessary.
